Peer Review Process
The journal features a rigorous peer-review process in order to guarantee the absolute scientific quality of the publications. The arbitration system is carried out through external reviewers and original texts are only accepted.
Peer-review is a double-blind model. It is that evaluators identity is hidden by authors and back.
As a rule, the publisher sends received manuscript to two reviewers. In case of doubts, the publisher reserves the right to send it to a third reviewer, or as many additional reviewers as the publisher may consider necessary for ensure the high quality of the publication.
Reviewers are according to ten technical criteria to assess the quality of the articles. These ten technical criteria have been clearly defined by the journal. Reviewers must complete a form which will be send anonymously to authors. Each one of the ten criteria is a 10-point scale so the lowest score when you do the average is 0, while the highest is 10. Based on this method of evaluation (quantitative evaluation) and also based on reviewers comments (qualitative evaluation), it is up to Editorial Board to accept or reject the article in question, to request that article be resent or to recommend publication in another journal group’s review.

This review has an delayed open access policy.
